Also known as - Salata Tounsiya bil-Bindelika Salata Tounsiya (Tunisian salad) is based on chopped tomatoes, onion and sweet and hot peppers. Sometimes diced apple, cucumber or radishes are added, or finely chopped parsley or purslane. It is usually garnished with black olives, chillies, sliced hard-boiled eggs and jibna – a fresh white cheese similar to feta. Serves 4 Buddy Rating:
