Hi there, I can't get my three year old to eat healthily, even though the 11 year old eats really well, choosing fruit and veg over sweets all the time! I don't want it to turn into a battle ground so I let her just eat what she likes and hope she'll change. Is that a good idea?!
Our expert's answer:
Hi Simpkin
It's always so interesting how children are all so different isn't it?
Tell me do you let your little one "get away with it " a bit more because she is your "baby" ? <img src="http://grub4life.org.uk/forum/images/smiles/icon_smile.gif" border="0" hspace="0" vspace="0" height="15" width="15" />
