Liz Tucker
Liz initially studied in Psychology and trained as a stress councellor but became more aware that it wasn’t all in the mind and went on to study further in Human Biology, Health and Nutrition. Her main field of interest is integrated health, the combined aspects of lifestyle, diet, emotions and environment on health, specialist topics include eco-nutrition, food allergy and intolerance, and gastrointestinal health.
Better known as “The Health Detective,” Liz is an established health presenter, columnist and author.
