This is my story
I'm a 27 year old full time working mum. My Son Nathan (7) is a very good eater he eats all kinds of meat, veg, fruit, pasta etc.. but he doesn't eat hardly any fish.
On searching the internet for child friend fish recipes i stumbled across Grub 4 life and here i am.
The reason Nathan doesn't eat fish is because me and my (Ben) both dislike fish so its very rearly cooked in our house. So i have come to the conclusion that i need to re educate my pallet so that Nathan will follow by example and increase his intake of fish and Omega 3.
I tried him with some salmon yeaterday and he seemed to like it - So I'm looking for quick and easy child friendly salmon recipes - i just need to find it in myself to try salmon because his arguement is "why should i eat it - if you don't eat it"!!!!
Nathan is lagging behind at school due to his lack of concerntration, so i'm taking the advise of the teachers to increase his intake of Omega 3. |
